I want to keep this short. Half the fun of "rescearch" is to wade through all the STUFF in the way of what you want to know. Like panning for gold. You learn some interesting tidbits. Also, I'm going only a few pages that are actually related to Deadlands on this list. There is a Deadlands Web Ring (Weird West Express) So I'll do my best to avoid double listings. (With a few exceptions.)
Deadlands Unofficial Site, by Tom Cashman. REALLY COOL SITE.
Pinkertons! You want to be James West when you grow up! The main character, along with his sidekick Artimus Gordon, of an Action Western show from the 60's called "Wild Wild West". You can catch it Saturday mornings on TNT.
Also suggested by the PEG Deadlands site is The Adventures of Brisco County Jr.. Starring the ever wonderful Bruce Campbell. You can also chatch this show on TNT. (A good channel for western tv and movies.)

Take a look at the Camp Chase Gazette's Merchant Listing. With links to informative books and places to get "period" clothing and equipment. The Camp Chase Gazette is a zine for Civil War Renactors. They have lots of info, links, and aritcles that are useful for Deadlands LARP'ers and Tabletoppers alike. (There are LARP rules out there, and someday PEG will publish them. You'll wish you took a look for sites like this one sooner!)
Grand Illusions "a pretty good website for reproduction vintage clothing from the Civil War era. They's got a pretty nice on-line catalog. I found it gave me a few good ideas as to how characters might dress (and a few good terms to spice up a character description with)." - John H.
